For UK:

We believe you'll enjoy the products we've created as much as we do. If you're unhappy for whatever reason, you can return our products you purchased to us within 30 days of the date you received the items. This applies to all of our products purchased on our website. You must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. Please follow the steps:

  1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  2. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@vitell.co and notify that you are intending to return the product. The product must be returned to us within a 30-day period after notifying us.
  3. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and we will update you about the status of the refund via e-mail.


Please note that you are responsible for postage charge of returning the item to us. However, we will give you a full refund of the return charge if you have to return the products due to our mistake.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Only orders with a UK postcode are eligible for our 30-day money return guarantee.
  • International orders are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund until you receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds via the same payment method used for the purchase can take up to 3-10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • If you choose to return an item to us via a carrier other than Royal Mail, please notify us in advance of the carrier's name and tracking number so that we can track down the item in the event it goes missing.
